I have to write a report about why I am for speed limits. I have to research and include the site I get my info from. But I can’t seem to find a site that has a percentage chart for car crashes and fatal injuries. So I can put “according to (so and so site) there has been a “29%” increase of wrecklace driving, fatal accidents and injuries in the year of “2006″. Catch my drift?
