Is there a website that provides live traffic updates on Interstates?

I’m driving from Philadelphia, PA to Chicago, IL. I will make a stop in Toledo, OH. Google and Yahoo give different routes for both the segments. I want to compare the two routes and decide.
Any suggestions?
