Can anyone direct me to the webpage that displays the cameras that monitor the actions of the police including any cameras used during covert surveillance operations?

And I’m not talking about the cameras that are directed onto the street, from police cruisers – I mean the ones that directly monitor each officer’s actions inside their vehicle.

Considering the precedent Bush set in revealing the name of covert CIA operatives, such cameras are easily justified.

I received a ticket this weekend for a minor traffic infraction. However, the way the officer said the violation occurred; is not possible due to elements of the dseign of the road I was on.

I have to see the judge next week to make a plea on the ticket, (which will be “NOT GUILTY”) but I need to be able to draw a street diagram and put the vehicles in their proper positions to prove my point.

(I can’t afford a jump in insurance costs because of this officers mistake)

I know there is software that is used specifically for this purpose but, can’t seem to locate it in any Google searches.

Does anyone have any idea what software I am talking about and where I might obtain a copy?
