i have a website that is geared only for the san diego local community it is a coin laundry service

according to my google anilitics yesterday 2 visits came from ashburn virginia and 2day 5 visits came from ashburn virginia– ashburn is the corporate head quarters of verizon internet service
but my google anilitics is saying these visits have a cox communications network location– i am on cox

so is google messing up or is someone from virginia checking out my site to copy it? how do i find out an ip addy of this person? and block it?

i thought it might be me going to my own site so i checked the location of my ip and it said atlanta ga so what is going on here? it also said it was direct traffic?????
