You can either use Adobe Dreamweaver, but that is expensive, or you can go to and register there. It is only twenty dollars a year for your own domain, and I think 20 dollars a month, if you want premium services like your own email on the server.

You can either get a hosting service, or, if you have decent computer skills, a high speed internet connection, and a reliably always-on computer, then you can set up a web server on your own computer and host the site yourself.
Hosting services are available both for free and for a charge. Free hosts are likely to place ads on your site, which is obviously not generally ideal for a professional website (if that’s your goal). Pay hosts may also offer you more flexibility as far as what type of content you are allowed to provide (e.g., server side scripting). But of course if you set up your own server, you can host any type of content you want.
As for actual content generation, a number of graphic-oriented and/or drag-and-drop tools are available like dreamweaver, fireworks, flash, and whatever other dozens there are. My personal preference is hand written HTML/CSS and JavaScript, for which all you need is a text editor.

As you may know a domain name is just a name, not a real website. If you are going to create your website: 1- Buy a domain name. A domain name is a name you want to call your website. To get a domain name, you have to pay an annual fee to a registrar for the right to use that name. 2- Buy a web hosting service to provide your online space and enable you to get your website online at your purchased domain name.
