Do a press release to all fashion magazines and fashion sites.

Construct correct metadata in your website and register it on all search engines.

Consider advertising in some womens magazines.

make sure you list your site at once they pick up your site, all major search engines will too.

Well, if I were you, I’d first post it here- you’d get hits from everyone answering this question just to see what it looks like!
Then there’s the “grafitti” technique- print out the website address on sticker paper, ( along with a one line description or “tagline” if the website addy isn’t self-explanitory) and post the stickers everywhere you go – you can get some traffic from that.
