Then there’s the “grafitti” technique- print out the website address on sticker paper, ( along with a one line description or “tagline” if the website addy isn’t self-explanitory) and post the stickers everywhere you go – you can get some traffic from that.

Do a press release to all fashion magazines and fashion sites.
Construct correct metadata in your website and register it on all search engines.
Consider advertising in some womens magazines.
